However, there are a number of ways to market your product, and it might seem confusing when trying to decide on a way to start advertising. You have two choices in this regard. You can either advertise on Amazon<\/a>, or go off Amazon and advertise elsewhere.<\/p>

1. Try Ranking Optimization:<\/strong> Amazon offers<\/a> free SEO tools to optimize your listing text, it\u2019s pictures, keywords<\/a>, price, shipping, and also helps in responding to negative reviewsHere\u2019s the things that you can do if you decide to go with Amazon:<\/p>

2. Amazon Vine:<\/strong> Vine is an on-amazon club for vendors only. Products here are given away for free in exchange for honest reviews<\/a>.
3. Try Promotions:<\/strong> You can creat coupon codes or money<\/a> off codes in Seller Central. You could then apply for entry into amazon lightning deals too, which is sure to get you a good number of sales<\/a>.
4. PPC<\/a> advertising:<\/strong> You could sell ads with amazon in the Pay Per Click model. This is sure to drive traffic to your product listing as well
5. Employ Amazon Marketing Services<\/a>:<\/strong> You could use banner ads and a brand only page on amazon to make your shop look much more exclusive. This option is available to vendors only.<\/p>

Here are some things that you can do if you decide to go off Amazon:<\/p>

1. Off-Amazon Review clubs:<\/strong> You could try pitching your product to these off-amazon group and get favourable reviews in exchange for steep discounts on your product. Be wary, such practices are on the grayer side of things. Make sure the discount is not too large, or amazon will not mark it as a verified purchase!<\/p>

2. Other forms of promotions:<\/strong> You can run your promotions on off-Amazon channles such as facebook, instagram and other social media<\/a>. This will make sure you gain followers and social signals.
3. Giveaways: You could partner with various blogs and run giveaways. This is sure to yield a lot of followers on your social pages and will make sure that your product is advertised well.<\/p>

4. PPC :<\/strong> You could always launch ad campaigns on Facebook, AdWords, and other advertising agencies to drive traffic to your listing, or first to your website and then to your amazon listing<\/a><\/p><\/div>
